Where each of the 23 apartment leases ending in November and December stands, from the 60-day notice to a signed renewal, and which residents need a call before Oct 10. Built for Rashida Okonjo, leasing manager, and Luis Navarro, property manager, at Moorcroft Property Management. It covers the three Calloway Family Trust buildings: Selwyn Court, Ashdown Lofts and Linwood Terrace. The four shops are tracked separately.
Counts are from the lease record on Sep 29. A lease is Signed when the resident has returned the renewal, Offered when the offer with the new rent is out, and No answer yet when the resident has not replied to the 60-day notice.

The tile counts the renewals signed against the 23 leases. Until Sep 22 the Linwood Terrace offers could not go out, because the rent needed the trust's approval.

The waterfall starts with the 23 leases ending in November and December, takes off the 14 signed renewals and the 5 offers out, and leaves the 4 leases with no answer yet. Those four are the work for the next ten days.

Renewal rules by building
- Every building
- The 60-day notice goes out 60 days before the lease ends. The owner decides the renewal rent. A signed renewal is recorded with the new rent and term the same day.
- Selwyn Court
- Luis Navarro sends the offer once the renewal rent is set. Rashida Okonjo chases the answer and makes any call.
- Ashdown Lofts
- Same route as Selwyn Court. Shop leases are not tracked on this page.
- Linwood Terrace
- The renewal rent needed the trust's approval and was not set until Sep 22. Lydia Calloway approved a 3.5 percent increase and Luis Navarro sent the offers the same day.
- Notice windows
- November leases: 60-day notices went out Sep 2 to Oct 1. December leases: 60-day notices go out Oct 2 to Nov 1; residents who renewed early or asked for an offer are already counted as Signed or Offered.
